TongBall Precision V-Port valve Balls are engineered for high-precision flow regulation and demanding service conditions. Through multi-axis linkage CNC processing and contour strengthening treatment, the V-shaped cutting edge contour accuracy can reach ±0.02mm, with excellent edge retention. The surface hardness can reach HRC 65+ (metal substrate) or HRA 85+ (ceramic substrate), applicable temperature range -196°C to 600°C (depending on the material). Its linear flow characteristic and shear effect are particularly suitable for regulating and cutting slurry media containing fibers and particles as well as highly corrosive fluids. It enables precise control and long-term operation in paper pulp, mineral pulp and chemical process flows.
