We offer a wide range of materials to meet diverse operational demands:
Stainless Steel (e.g., 304, 316L): Suitable for mildly corrosive media (weak acids/alkalis) and moderate temperatures (approx. -20℃ to 200℃). Typical applications: municipal water supply, general chemical processes.
Hard Alloys (e.g., Tungsten Carbide): Extremely high hardness and wear resistance, ideal for highly abrasive media (containing particles), high pressure, and high temperatures (up to hundreds of MPa and 600℃+). Typical applications: oil and gas extraction, mining slurry transport.
Special Alloys (e.g., Monel, Hastelloy): Designed for highly corrosive media (strong acids/alkalis, seawater) or extreme temperatures (-196℃ cryogenic / 600℃+ high temperature). Typical applications: offshore oil and gas, highly corrosive chemical processes, aerospace.
Sizes range from DN15 to DN1200 (1/2" to 48"), compatible with floating ball valves, fixed ball valves, V-port ball valves, eccentric semi-ball valves, three-way/four-way ball valves, control valves, and standard/custom ball valves per API, ISO, GB, etc. Compatibility depends on valve structure (e.g., shaft attachment, seat design). Our technical team can verify compatibility based on provided drawings.
Metal-sealed balls: Comply with API 6D/ISO 15848 leakage classes (e.g., Class A).
Soft/Composite-sealed balls: Achieve zero leakage (per ASME B16.104).

⑤ Final inspection → shipment.
Our quality control process is very strict:
Raw materials: Each batch of materials (steel/alloys) is accompanied by material reports, with element composition and mechanical properties tested.
During production: Quality inspection carried out for key processes (forging, precision machining, heat treatment, coating) via methods such as flaw detection (UT/MT) and 3D coordinate measurement.
Finished products: 100% sealing test + visual inspection, with sampling for pressure and wear tests.
