TongBall eccentric valve balls feature a uniquely engineered nonlinear eccentric design, enabling frictionless disengagement and self-cleaning during operation. The surface of the valve ball is hardened or coated (such as tungsten carbide spraying), with a hardness of up to HRC 60-68. It is suitable for media containing solid particles and prone to crystallization and scaling. In industrial applications such as coal chemical production, wastewater treatment, and flue gas desulfurization, it effectively solves the problems of clogging, wear, and leakage of ordinary ball valves, significantly extending their service life.
