TONGBALL Valve Co., Ltd. (TONGBALL Valve) held a grand groundbreaking ceremony for its new 18-mu (approx. 12,000 sqm) manufacturing base, marking a pivotal leap in the company's strategic expansion and high-quality development. Company leadership, key partners, and industry representatives gathered on-site to witness this milestone moment.
Nestled in Yongjia’s core valve industrial zone, the new purpose-built facility is designed as an integrated modern hub, encompassing advanced production lines, R&D laboratories, smart warehousing, and international business offices. Aligned with the master plan (shown in the rendering), the campus features a streamlined, intelligent layout and eco-friendly infrastructure, engineered to support TONGBALL Valve’s capacity expansion and technological innovation needs for the next decade.
As a trusted supplier to global valve giants including Emerson, Flowserve, and KITZ, TONGBALL Valve has long excelled in the R&D and production of ball valve components, with a growing focus on high-end gate valve solutions such as API 6A slab gate valve parts. The new factory is a strategic response to surging global demand, set to eliminate current production bottlenecks and significantly boost the manufacturing capacity of valves and components crafted from special materials (e.g., Hastelloy, Monel) and finished with advanced coating technologies including High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) and laser cladding.
In his address at the ceremony, the leader of TONGBALL Valve emphasized that the new base is a cornerstone of the company's global growth strategy. "We will leverage this state-of-the-art facility to intensify R&D investment, optimize our product portfolio, and deepen our presence in domestic and international markets. With the groundbreaking ceremony successfully concluded, construction of the new factory has officially commenced.
